For New Hampshire teams and broker-owners

Preserve what you built. Remove the operational ceiling.

Explore a confidential transition or partnership that combines your organization’s identity and relationships with eXp Realty’s brokerage infrastructure and Bean Group’s experienced New Hampshire leadership.

A transition, not a template

The right structure begins with your objectives.

A productive team or independent brokerage has accumulated real value: leadership, culture, local recognition, systems, client relationships and agent trust. A transition should protect those strengths while addressing the operational burden or growth constraint prompting the conversation.

Bean Group operates as a team brokered by eXp Realty. That structure allows eXp to provide brokerage, compliance, transaction, technology, training and expansion infrastructure while Bean Group concentrates on agent leadership, business development, collaboration and New Hampshire market presence.

Who this is designed for

Several organizations. Different transition needs.

Existing eXp teams

Explore a combination or alignment that adds scale, leadership, statewide market presence and potential operating leverage without changing brokerages.

Independent brokerages

Evaluate whether eXp can assume complex brokerage infrastructure while your leadership continues serving agents, clients and the local brand.

Teams at other brokerages

Plan an orderly brokerage and team transition around active transactions, agent communication, brand decisions and market continuity.

A disciplined process

Confidential first. Fact-specific throughout.

Understand the organization

Review production, agent roster, leadership, economics, operating responsibilities, brand equity and future goals.

Compare viable structures

Consider full Bean Group integration, an independently branded eXp organization, or another appropriate relationship under current eXp policy.

Plan the transition

Map licensing, pending business, technology, communications, branding and onboarding before setting a timetable.

Protect momentum

Give agents and clients clear information while preserving the productive parts of the organization.

Common questions

New Hampshire team and brokerage partnerships

Does our team or brokerage brand have to disappear?

Not necessarily. Brand structure depends on the selected relationship, eXp requirements and New Hampshire advertising rules. Preserving an established identity can be part of the discussion.

Must every partnership become part of Bean Group?

No. Full Bean Group team membership is one path, but independently branded relationships within a broader New Hampshire eXp organization may also be considered.

Can we discuss a transition before informing agents?

Yes. Initial conversations can be confidential. Any eventual transition plan should include accurate, timely communication and appropriate legal and brokerage guidance.

Are economic results guaranteed?

No. We can compare structures, services and operating considerations, but production, profitability, revenue share and other outcomes are never guaranteed.
