Already with eXp in New Hampshire
Add local team infrastructure without starting over.
Keep the eXp platform you already understand while evaluating Bean Group’s New Hampshire leadership, brand, lead-generation and operating support—or retain your own identity through an appropriate local relationship.
Lower-friction growth
Your brokerage platform can stay familiar while your local environment improves.
An existing eXp agent does not need a brokerage transfer to evaluate a stronger New Hampshire operating structure. The decision is about team membership, local leadership, economics, brand, leads and support—not relearning an entirely different company.
Any team transfer, sponsorship question or organizational change must follow current eXp policy. The first step is a factual comparison of what you have now and what would actually change.
Three possible relationships
Choose the structure that matches the business you want to run.
| Consideration | Independent eXp agent | Bean Group team member | Independent brand with local relationship |
|---|---|---|---|
| Consumer-facing brand | Your existing approved identity | Bean Group team identity and eXp disclosure | Your approved identity with required eXp disclosure |
| Local leadership | Primarily self-directed | Bean Group leadership, team community and operating rhythm | Defined local relationship based on the arrangement |
| Team economics | Standard individual structure | Eligible team economics and cap structure, subject to current eXp terms | Depends on the approved relationship and services |
| Lead and marketing programs | Agent-created or separately purchased | Access depends on current Bean Group programs and eligibility | May differ from full team membership |
| Systems and support | eXp platform plus agent-selected resources | eXp infrastructure plus Bean Group team systems and local support | Defined before affiliation; not assumed to equal full team services |
| Best fit | Highly self-sufficient agents satisfied with their current model | Agents seeking local leverage, community and a more complete platform | Agents protecting a distinct market identity while adding strategic support |
This comparison is conceptual. Program availability, caps, fees, team structures and services must be verified under current eXp and Bean Group terms.
What can improve
Local value should be specific—not a recruiting slogan.
- A New Hampshire leadership relationship with people who understand the market.
- An established statewide brand and the growing nhrealestate.com consumer platform.
- Team community, accountability and collaborative business development.
- Marketing, lead-generation and operational resources available through the current team program.
- A clearer path for adding agents, building a team or expanding into another market.
- Practical guidance from leaders who have operated both independent and eXp-based organizations.
Existing eXp agent FAQs
Clarify what changes before changing anything.
Can an existing eXp agent join Bean Group without changing brokerages?
Potentially. Because Bean Group operates as a team brokered by eXp Realty, the decision may involve an internal team change rather than moving to a different brokerage. Current eXp eligibility and transfer procedures must be confirmed.
Will my eXp sponsor or organization change if I join a team?
Team membership and sponsorship are separate relationships. An existing agent should verify current eXp policy and the effect of any proposed change before making a commitment.
Does Bean Group membership automatically reduce my cap?
Eligible team structures may have different cap and economic terms, but nothing should be assumed. Review the current written team and eXp economics using your actual production.
Can I keep my own brand instead of joining Bean Group?
An independently branded relationship may be possible, subject to eXp approval and New Hampshire advertising requirements. Services available through that path may differ from full Bean Group membership.
Are leads or increased production guaranteed?
No. Team systems, leadership and opportunities may support growth, but leads, closings, recruiting results and income are never guaranteed.
